The beds were comfy, but I found dead roaches on the floor.

Nothing,when we went to our room my wife went to wash her face and the towels were wet from previous guests after that we wouldn't even shower next morning,we even talked about going to a different hotel even though we payed for this room already.Spent a half hour trying to kill a fly in the room, in closing probably the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.

Location: the hotel was near to local restaurants, and the center. Truly enjoyed cable channels, a microwave oven and a refrigerator in the room. There was good choice of food for breakfast, it was appetising.

I stayed for one night after the Darlington NASCAR race and found the check-in process to be smooth. The front desk manager was polite. The room was clean overall, and the beds were quite comfortable after a long day, which was a big plus. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, and I think a deep clean for the fabrics would help. Having more towels would have been nice for our group.

there were a laptop-compatible safe, cable tv and a microwave in the room, greatly enjoyed that. a bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. the location was marvellous and good and the free parking was onsite. btw, the airport was 16 miles away.

Dead roach on floor in bathroom no bath mat in bathroom

I was aghast at the sight of dead roaches on the floor, not exactly what I woudl ve been hoping for after a long drive. The bathroom was so disgusting, I reminded me of I might need a HAZMAT suit, not to mention the absence of juice at breakfast was just pitiful. It's shocking that I didn't receive a complimentary upgrade as at least some kind gesture after such an experience.

No Kleenex. Old and not great quality room

I really like the location and the price for the night since all we were doing was passing by, The night staff greeted me as well as in the morning. The place was clean and comfy. The bathroom was very clean in room 144, great job to housekeeping!

Not what I didn't like more like a suggestion. The rooms can use some type of air fresheners, and the breakfast area can be kept up a bit better. For the price we pay I have to say that because of these two suggestion in the future I would rather pay the extra 20 or 30 and stay at another place. Hope these suggestions are helpful for your future business. Happy New year!

Roaches everywhere, disgusting bathroom condition.

The check-in process was straightforward, with friendly staff making it easier after a tiring day. The location offers quick access to local eateries, and the room was decently clean. Unfortunately, a big issue was the presence of bugs, and despite requesting better towels, those provided were still unclean, leaving much to be desired in terms of overall hygiene.

The clean pool was refreshing, and our room had a cozy vibe. Loved the TV channels too!

Enjoyed the clean swimming pool and comfy double beds. Beth at the front desk was super professional. Great value!
